Soleil at The Mulia Nusa Dua
The Mulia Resort’s Soleil offers a fine dining brunch setting with a scenic beachfront. Although a strict dress code usually applies most of the time at Soleil, Sunday brunches here tend to be more on the casual side. Multiple stations present great cuisine from Europe, pan-Asia and awesome takes on local dishes. Live grills serve high-quality seafood and honey roasted ham, spit-roast chicken and lamb chops, while a long line of desserts makes that last trip round the food islands that much more tempting.
Highlights: Beautiful interiors with an alfresco terrace overlooking the resort’s pool and ocean, live grills and an a la carte menu with eclectic dishes from around the world.
